Ordering on is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to Bag” button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. 

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card information.

All our shipping options are complimentary.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Orders are shipped using FedEx. 

International orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy. Shipping costs do not include customs fees, taxes, tariffs and duties and may be collected in accordance with policies and laws in your location. Debacq & Cie is not responsible for these or any other associated fees. 

Please note that we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at check out.

If we are unable to deliver the products ordered to your particular country, you will receive an email to inform you, and the original form of payment will be refunded.

Debacq & Cie is not responsible for any delivery delays that may occur as a result of customs.

Your order may be delivered to your work place, your holiday residence but we do not deliver to hotels or hospitals. Please note that in any case, a signature will be requested at the time of delivery.

As soon as your order is shipped, you receive a tracking link through email. It may take up to 24 hours for this to populate on the carrier’s website.

Creations purchased online or through our Client Relation Centers can be returned for refunds or exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date. Nevertheless please note that engraved and damaged creations are not eligible for returns.

To return your order, you may call or email our client advisors.

One of our client advisors will send you the return label via email and organize a pick up date for your parcel.

As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. You will first receive a return confirmation notification. Then, creation(s) will be submitted to a quality control. Once the control passed  you should receive your refund within 7 business days.

All our products are made in France.

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

All our creations are carefully wrapped in an elegant and secured parcel and a shopping bag is slipped in all boxes for gift occasions.

For gifting occasions, you may include a personalized message with your package. Write your message on your shopping bag page or choose to handwrite it on the blank card that will be included in your parcel.
