Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, including all DEBACQ packaging materials, boxes, and pouches. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items showing signs of wear, damage, scratches, alterations, perfume, or misuse may not be eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. A $5.95 USD return processing and inspection fee will also be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until successfully delivered to our returns facility.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Claims relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include supporting photos of the item and packaging.

We cannot be held responsible for damage caused after delivery, including accidental damage, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Items returned without original packaging, with missing components, or showing signs of wear may be refused.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or items marked as Final Sale.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the return is processed.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs and processing fees may still apply unless otherwise required by law.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable return shipping costs, processing fees, duties, taxes, or handling charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DEBACQ reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above or in cases of suspected misuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity.
